Abstract

More over 60% of surface surrender occurs in open pit mining, making it the most well-known kind of surface mining globally. Keeping a strong haulage system is appealing since haulage expenses make up as much as 60% of the overall operating cost for these types of mines. Because the mine manager has to make the most efficient use of their equipment to speed up the return on investment and reduce the total amount of generation, proper equipment accessibility and use estimate are of the utmost importance. To ensure overall gear viability in accordance with CMPDI standards/global seat marks, high % accessibility and % utilisation of gear are also desired in order to achieve high generation and efficiency of HEMMs in opencast mines.
