Reporting an error
Contact [email protected] with the article title, DOI or URL and a precise description of the concern. Authors should report significant errors promptly and cooperate with assessment.
Corrections
A correction may address an error that can be resolved without invalidating the main findings. The notice should identify the change and link to the article; substantial changes should not be made silently.
Expressions of concern and retractions
An expression of concern may communicate a serious unresolved issue. Retraction may be appropriate when findings are unreliable or serious misconduct or publication problems are established. Notices should explain the reason and remain connected to the publication record.
Withdrawal before publication
Send a withdrawal request with the manuscript identifier and author agreement. Contact the editor to confirm the status before submitting elsewhere. Payment questions are handled separately from the integrity of the scientific record.
