Make the evidence behind the manuscript understandable and accessible where appropriate.
Availability statement
State where supporting data, code and materials can be accessed, including persistent identifiers when available. Explain legitimate legal, ethical, privacy or contractual restrictions and describe a feasible access process.
Responsible sharing
Use a suitable trusted repository where possible and select appropriate reuse conditions. Remove identifiers and assess re-identification risk before sharing personal data. Never share data in breach of consent or applicable restrictions.
Methods and reporting
Describe the analysis, software versions, key settings and limitations. Preserve underlying records needed to evaluate the findings. Editors may request supporting material during assessment or investigation.
